Beto guides the company in its daily activities and focuses East Idaho Rental’s efforts in achieving the highest standard of accountability and integrity. Utilizing his experience as a successful developer of web based property management software he lends a wealth of knowledge in website design and Internet marketing. Raised in Eastern Idaho (Rexburg), Beto has an amazing grasp of the local area, and is very knowledgeable of the local rental market. Beto has been affiliated with Sandpoint Property Management Inc. for over 4 years.
 

Jared Brague - CEO, Property Manager 
Jared is a management professional and provides a builder/developer perspective to many of East Idaho Rental’s ventures and affiliations. As a seasoned professional working with the housing and contractor trade for over 10 years, Jared is most comfortable out and about Rexburg, checking the condition of managed properties. He is the backbone of our Property Management segment of the firm and works very closely with many of our owners and tenants on a daily basis.
 

Ned Brandenberger - Sandpoint Property Management 
Ned has over 20 years of professional management experience. He provides management and consulting services to owners and investors. Ned holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Montana State University. more ...
