East Idaho Property Management, Inc., based in Rexburg, is a division of Sandpoint Property Management Inc., a successful, trusted, and reputable property management company providing exceptional management services for over seventeen years in Northern Idaho.

Principals Beto Paredes and Jared Brague will continue to provide the same high level of service to owners, investors, tenants, and the community. Beto has been affiliated with Sandpoint Property Management Inc. for several years as a consultant and website designer, and he will continue to benefit the company(s).  He has been instrumental in implementing marketing strategies that have grown the company considerably, and he is a natural to head up East Idaho Property Management Inc.  Jared's years of experience in construction management are the perfect compliment to Beto's skills, and provide the expertise in solving complex real estate management challenges.

Beto and Jared have an amazing grasp of the local area (Beto's great grandmother was the first women born in neighboring Wyoming). Having grown up in the Rexburg area, both have created numerous personal and professional relationships throughout the years. Their impressive grasp of Eastern Idaho's economy and ties to the area guarantee success in developing long-term relationships with clients.
